Management of the product guarantee division.
Using the DV Electronics AL7 sensor, I provide in depth reports of alternators, highlighting issues and authorising repairs.
Testing of starter motors, using other sensor machinery within the industry.
Technical client visits
Responsible for clients visits throughout Spain, providing technical support and training so that clients are able to undertake initial diagnostics of starters and alternators using the diagnostic kits.
Technical telephone support.
Providing off site telephone support to clients when not on client sites.
Quality control.
Responsible for product quality control, ensuring that any new stock is consistently checked before being sent to clients sites.
Ensuring that in line with industry reports, random quality checks on conducting on products to ensure that faults batches have not slipped through the system.

Sales Providing commercial gas connections to selected industrial clients via set target lists.
Providing advice on the most appropriate gas tariffs required to meet clients needs and requirements.
Targeted on selling a minimum of 4 commercial gas connections per month.

Vehicle Diagnostics
Responsible for diagnosing vehicle faults using specialist equipment. In line with this, once the fault had been found, I was then responsible for repairing the fault.
Client Advisor
Responsible for providing technical advise and assistance to clients. This involved responding to client queries in a professional and timely manor. This part of the role allowed me to communicate with different people from diverse backgrounds, enabling me to develop my communication skills further.
Assembly Mechanic
Responsible for the assembly of various components in line with the manufacturing of trucks.
Overseeing the assembly of various different components, including, but not limited to gearboxes, suspension systems, electrical installation and other critical components.
This role required a high level of time management and accuracy in order to ensure that the assembly line ran smoothly.
