Nimir Industrial Chemicals Limited is an Oleo Chemicals and Chlor Alkali manufacturing company. The company is also engaged in contract manufacturing of toilet soap bars.My responsibilities:· - Process handling and smooth operation of the plant comprising of:1. Hydrogenation Section2. High Pressure & High Temperature Splitting Columns3. Distillation Columns4. Glycerin Purification5. Soap Noodles Plant. - Shift operation activities at fatty acid and soap noodles plant, monitoring process activities, provide advices & instructions to alter operating parameters, controlling planned & emergency shutdown in collaboration with Shift Manager.- Arrange maintenance through the appropriate channel, ensuring that equipment is isolated, clean and free of toxic gases, issue permit to work with relevant approval where necessary & ensuring that jobs are completed safely.- Ensure the smooth handover of the plant to incoming shift and complete the shift reports showing all activities during the shift.

• Reviewed the process to convert starch into glucose.
