Working as Assistant accounts officer with Branch Manager. Responsibilities 1- Generate Bank vouchers, invoices, sales orders, Delivery challan ,expenses vouchers & Etc using company software (Techno) 2- accounts payable, General ledger, cash and bank management data entry work using second new company software (ERP) 3- Maintain Petty Cash book, Customers payments receipts book. 4- Dealing with vendors. 5- Dealing with team members and customers. 6- Maintain filling record. 8-Dealing with all banks according to the company work. 9- Reconciliation banks, vendors and customers ledgers. 10- Maintain inventory records. 11- Other duties assigned by Branch Manager.
