I am a professionally qualified educator with an experience in teaching, research, training, mentoring, coaching, curriculum implementation, designing school improvement plans, quality assurance and an overall monitoring and evaluation. The professional journey started as a teacher and then senior master, headmaster, principal and a network head where I mainly managed academics, trainings, administration, business development, ERP, finance and HR of 16 + schools in Mehran Network of an international school system besides inspection of few schools for quality assurance.
The achievements includes continuous professional development through standardized training of teaching & other staff, better CIE results by raising academic standards, increasing number of admissions and curtailing withdrawals, retaining good teachers, launching Intermediate & O Levels, launching a new branch and improvised customer care services.
Presently associated with Aspire Grammar School as Director & Principal where I have also done consultancy for establishment of a new campus at Nawabshah and also looking overall operations as Principal.

Principal/ Director
As Director & Principal of the newly opened Campus, I established the school campus including feasibility, market analysis, competitor analysis, selection of building, finalization of required facilities inclusive of furniture, IT lab, Playground equipment, finalization of JDs and appointments of teaching & admin staff, finalization of administrative & financial policies and procedures and above all setting up & meeting admission targets.
Network Head
As Network Head, my role was of a facilitator with excellent communication skills and was responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of the academic, administrative, financial and personnel management policies and procedures of the company in the 16 schools spreading over interior of Sindh besides working on business development & growth. I was working in collaboration with the Regional office teams for successful achievement of goals and targets of the school in terms of students’ numbers, teachers training and overall academic excellence.
Network Head

Principal
As Principal, my role was that of the instructional leader that leads all aspects of instruction and oversees total operationalization of the school and parental engagement for TCS Nawabshah Campus (up to O Levels). Reported directly to the Regional Director, SR and was ultimately responsible for ensuring that the school provides students with the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to succeed academically and socially; facilitate and collaborate with faculty and staff; experience teaching myself using alternative pedagogy; identify and use diagnostic formative assessments; and engage in and support classroom and organizational level inquiry to inform decision making.
