As a Manager Consulting (previously Supervisor & before that as an Associate) at UHY Hassan Naeem and Co. Chartered Accountants, for the past seven years, I led the ERP Department of the firm and successfully concluded more than a dozen assignments of ERP implementation (Quickbooks, Oracle & Customised ERP Solution) along with Business Process Reengineering of various clients in real estate, poultry, medical, marketing, hospitality and energy sector.  I was also responsible for managing several advisory engagements including transaction advisory, finance department restructuring, fixed assets verification, financial due diligence, etc. During my tenure here, I have particularly specialized in ERP implementation and working out optimal joint venture arrangments in the Real Estate sector.


In addition to my experience in managing advisory and ERP engagements, I was also given the opportunity to manage a business development team with RFPs for new clients in our consulting vertical. I was responsible for selecting the proposal team, developing our presentation strategy, and spearheading post-proposal follow-up efforts.


My earlier experience also includes working with the Back Office of a UAE-based Accounting firm for monthly Bookkeeping of 18 clients on Zoho books which including preparation of financial statements and VAT submission to the Federal Tax Authority of UAE. Before that, I was an Audit and ERP Associate at UHY for three and half years and was engaged in Audits of multiple clients and successfully concluded Annual Audits of 6 clients as a team lead besides spending one and half year as a functional consultant for Customized ERP of UHY.


I am well-versed in a variety of enterprise-level software systems, including Quickbooks, Customised ERP Solutions, and Zoho Books. In an effort to improve management reporting, I pioneered the integration of Power BI with QuickBooks for interactive dashboard reporting features that improved real-time access of financial information to stakeholders. These dashboards were also instrumental in navigating desired performance analysis including project and employee performance etc.
