Seeking a challenging opportunity in the Human Resource Dept for new learnings,
to add value to HR services, policies, procedures, practices, and Systems of an
organization, and to contribute effectively and efficiently for personal and

Supporting the HR manager in Nine Districts (400+ Employees) for Executing, monitoring, and assisting all projects.
● Act as a key point of contact between all departments (Administration, Finance, Insurance, IT, Compliance, Audit & HRD) for project employees in order to meet deadlines.
● Prepare Budget and Salary breakup
● Monthly compliance of 9 Districts
● Yearly Internal & External audit of 9 Districts
● Prepare detail of degrees verification of employees before sending to University & after receiving from University
● Prepare, plan and update weekly, and monthly HR schedules to assure timely.
● Coordination with the hiring Manager for identifying staff needs & determining the selection criteria.
● Responsible for job postings & Sourcing potential candidates using online platforms (e.g Professional Network and Social Media Channels) and offline means by creating and maintaining a health database of candidates.
● Forecasting the hiring needs of every department of the company, design interview questions and job descriptions for reflecting the requirements for each position.
● Developing a competency list for each position in the organization & Planning interview/selection procedure (e.g. in person interview, screening calls and assessment, providing orientation and training to new potential employees, document information in HR records, and complete reference checks
● Prepare and provide successful candidates with Offer Letters, Employment Contracts.
● Maintain staff files, process payroll through wage protection system WPS, record and monitor staff leave and absence reports.
● Preparing Job Description for new employees, Letter drafting (Offer , Employment Contract, Contract Close, Termination, Show Cause, Explanation, Warnings)
● Preparing daily, weekly, monthly & annual employee’s levers & joiners reports.
● Close connection with nine offices for expiry of contract & Probation of employees & Managing daily, monthly & annually attendance of all nine offices.
● Prepare final Settlement cases of Ex-Employee, Managing Cvs bank.
