Responsibilities:
Maintain close coordination with procurement for asset acquisition and management.
Prepare demand notes as assigned by supervisor.
Update all asset details in the database; responsible for preparing, filing, and maintaining records of asset assignment forms and updates in the database.
Register, tag, label, and book all assets upon arrival, including QR code labeling.
Follow all procedures related to asset management and tracking, including transfer and disposal processes.
Manage asset creation, deletion, and disposal activities.
Facilitate the transfer of assets between projects and maintain transfer records.
Handle the retirement of beneficiary assets at the end of service and during project closures.
Process asset creation, deletion, and blocking tasks.
Maintain close coordination with regional offices for asset dispatching and tracking, ensuring accurate updates for assets directly delivered to regional offices.
Conduct physical verification and stocktaking for internal and external audits.
Prepare physical inventory reports accurately and timely.
Manage the auction process for obsolete and damaged assets; responsible for compiling all bids received during the bidding process.
Coordinate with vendors to address issues related to submitted bids.
Conduct preliminary and technical evaluations of bids pertaining to electrical equipment work.
Candidate Communication: Communicate with candidates regarding application status and provide necessary information.
Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing HR correspondence.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with hospital policies, labor laws, and regulations by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
