Business Development:* Developing & sustaining solid relationships with clients.* Analyzing client feedback data to determine their satisfaction with company services.* Meeting with potential clients to present company offerings & negotiate business deals.Credit Control:* Analyze past and current financial data & plan effectively to reduce business costs and increase company profits.* Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets.* Manage invoicing, recovery & credit allocations.* Maintain and record monthly expenses & revenues.Operations – Back Office Support:* Data management, project processing, reporting, market research, data analysis, finances, & administrative duties.* Query handling & create proposals for clients.* Conduct weekly meetings to review metrics, report accomplishments, & set goals for the week.* Enhance overall client experience by coordinating, following up & resolving their concerns.* Assist in scheduling, analyzing, updating project estimates & manage project documents & files.* Assist with sales forecasting, lead generation, sales proposals, & contract negotiation.* Research & analyze competitor offerings.* Perform any other job duties as assigned.
Admissions:* Counselling the prospective students & answering to inquiries related to programs offered.* Manage Online Admission Portal – Campus on Cloud. * Manage all admission related processes including database management, fee relevant matters and filing.Marketing:* Manage and execute various admission related activities to enhance the student intake.* Develop and manage PR with the officials of various schools & colleges.* Organize and coordinate TIP Presentation at various colleges, tuition and coaching centers.* Develop a database of Intermediate and A Level schools.* Attending Career Expos organized by Colleges and A Level schools.* Arranging placement / distribution of flyers / brochures / handbills etc. to the Industry and educational institutes.Internship and Job Placement:* Developing PR with the officials of various textile and non textile industries and sending TIP students there.* Liaison with industries to have internship and placement of students in time.Additional Responsibilities:* Participate in meetings, conferences, or special activities as advised by the President.* Served on various TIP committees as assigned by the President.
