I have recently completed my MBA degree from Bahria University Islamabad with Majors in Marketing. I am a strong believer in the continuous development in one’s personal and professional skills.
In my previous role at an NGO named “Trust for Democratic and Accountability”, I was responsible for managing a team of administrative professionals and overseeing day to day office operations. My key responsibilities were to manager budget while focusing on the value for money, and handling employee relations and developing and implementing efficient office policies and procedures. I was also responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of events and projects.
Over the past 25 years of my professional journey, I have developed a strong skill set in leadership, organization and communication. I am highly adaptable to the working environment and equally comfortable working as a member of the team or independently by keeping a close eye on the details. I am proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and eager to learn new skills and technologies.
