EXECUTIVE DYEING
• Learning of theoretical and practical knowledge of textile
industry, especially dyeing process
• Learning of shade matching and use of spectrophotometer
• Selection of dyeing process (pretreatment, dyeing profiles and
post treatment)
• Planning of lots on dyeing machines according to their weights,
shades and provided instructions from R&D department
• Supervision of unloaded and running lots on OrgaTEX software
to find root cause and resolve dyeing problems
• Checking of dyeing process parameters of running lots
• Shift handling and supervision
