Senior Project Manager

Tekvaly is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our versatile team. As a Project Manager, you will get the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders internally and externally and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of Project Management from discovery through delivery, implementation and stabilization.

• Coordinate with key stakeholders (internal and external) to get alignment on effort, cost, scope, etc.

• Lead cross-functional project teams for successful project delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines, cost, and quality standards.

• Develop and continually update the project plans, resource allocation, incorporating risk assessment and strategies for mitigation.

• Leverage project management tools or equivalent solutions to streamline project tracking and enhance reporting efficiency.

• Organize and facilitate feedback sessions and project planning meetings, addressing any issues or requirements.

• Thoroughly define project tasks, allocate resources efficiently, and maintain proactive and timely checks to ensure task completion in accordance with project objectives.

• Leverage individual team members to ensure their contribution by setting expectations, supporting them through roadblocks, and escalating to managers where necessary.

• Alleviate customer concerns in sensitive situations, clarify ambiguities and present information in a way that is structured and makes sense.

• Maintain and manage Project-related documentations and records accurately.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent combination of industry related professional experience and education.

• 3+ years of working experience in Project Management.

• Extensive experience working with Project Management tools and technologies such as: MS Project, Jira, SAP, Visio, MS Office suit.

• Experience working within Agile, Scrum and other environments.

• A professional certification in Project Management will be an added advantage. (e.g. PMP)
