Pizza Online is a rapidly expanding fast food restaurant chain known for delivering delicious, high-quality pizzas with exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Strategy Manager to join our team who has hand on experience of 7 to 10 years. The Marketing Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and ultimately boost sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, product development, and sales, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and initiatives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, traditional advertising, and promotions.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation in the fast-food industry.
  • Manage and uphold the brand identity across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values and messaging.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy development and execution, preferably in the fast-food or restaurant industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and driving results.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
