We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will support the Chef de Partie in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for cooking and a desire to grow in a professional kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain store demand and Par level production.
- Knowledge of holding hot items, Time temperature technique.
- Maintain the daily inventory and production report.
Requirements:
Basic cooking experience or culinary training.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
Qualification and Experience:
- Matric/Relevant Certification
- 25 to 45 years of age
- 8-10 Years of Experience
