Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee security systems and respond to breaches promptly.
- Create and lead emergency response plans, conduct drills, and train staff.
- Conduct regular training sessions for employees on security protocols and safety procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of security incidents and generate reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local security regulations, and conduct regular audits to maintain standards.
Job Specification:
- Proficiency in the installation maintenance, and monitoring of security systems such as CCTV, alarms and access control systems.
- Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities and implement effective security measures.
- Ability to lead, train and manage security personnel to ensure they are prepared and efficient in their roles.
- Bachelors in any field. ( Must have a background of Infantry).
- 20-25 years of experience.
- 50-55 years age limit.
- Gender: Male
