Key Responsibilities:

Procurement and Sourcing:

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
Monitor stock levels and reorder products to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Evaluate and develop relationships with new and existing suppliers.

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock rotation according to expiry dates.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste, spoilage, and stockouts.

Distribution and Logistics:

Oversee the distribution of pharmaceutical products to various locations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate deliveries, track shipments, and ensure timely dispatch.
Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) for pharmaceutical products.

Demand Planning and Forecasting:

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to forecast product demand.
Utilize forecasting tools and data analytics to predict demand and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
