We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our tech company. The HR will play a key role in building a positive and productive workplace culture, managing all aspects of human resources, and aligning HR strategies with the company’s overall objectives. You will drive initiatives that foster employee development, engagement, and performance while ensuring legal compliance and best HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead the recruitment strategy to attract top tech talent, oversee full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication across all teams.
Performance Management: Implement and manage performance evaluation systems, set clear KPIs, and support managers in employee development and succession planning.
Learning & Development: Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills, professional growth, and leadership development.
HR Policy & Compliance: Ensure the company complies with labor laws and regulations, updating and enforcing HR policies as necessary.
Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and develop competitive compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.
Employee Engagement & Retention: Design and execute employee engagement programs, surveys, and activities to maintain high levels of motivation and reduce turnover.
HR Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze HR metrics such as retention rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment efficiency to inform business decisions.
