We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our lead generation team. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with potential clients and qualify leads to drive business growth. You will be a key part of our outreach efforts, helping the business expand its customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective clients via phone and email .
- Qualify leads
- Maintain a detailed record of calls, leads, and customer information in the CRM.
- Follow up on previous conversations and engage in relationship-building.
- Meet and exceed monthly lead generation targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telesales or telemarketing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
