Responsibilities:

Utilize platforms such as Bark, Upwork, LinkedIn, Google search websites, Job portals, and Social Media for lead identification.
Conduct comprehensive searches for relevant and high-quality leads.
Employ advanced tools to collect accurate email addresses and phone numbers of potential clients.
Identify key pain areas within the industry and tailor pitches accordingly.
Leverage knowledge of Upwork and freelancing platforms to enhance pitch effectiveness.
Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for lead engagement.
Implement best practices to optimize email deliverability and response rates.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of leads with relevant details.
Monitor and analyze lead generation efforts' performance.
Provide regular reports on key metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.

Requirements:

Proven experience in lead generation in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of lead sourcing platforms such as Upwork, Bark, LinkedIn, and others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and articulate client pain points effectively.
Familiarity with email marketing tools and strategies.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data extraction.
Proficient in utilizing advanced tools for contact information extraction.
Adept at working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
