We’re looking for a dynamic Remote Sales Specialist who excels at generating and converting leads through LinkedIn organic outreach and email marketing. Your primary responsibility will be selling our SEO services to B2B and B2C clients—not selling SEO tools directly but leveraging them as a sales asset.

You’ll be using our in-house tools to build authority, nurture leads, and drive conversions, while also delivering compelling sales presentations. If you have strong sales skills—especially in consultative selling and persuasive pitching—you’re likely already comfortable with cold outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify, connect, and engage with potential clients through LinkedIn organic marketing and email outreach.
  • Utilize content-driven strategies to establish credibility and authority.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel.

Sales & Conversion

  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demos to showcase the value of our SEO services.
  • Close deals and meet/exceed sales targets through consultative selling.
  • Handle objections effectively and tailor solutions to client needs.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align lead-generation efforts with broader campaigns.
  • Provide insights on customer needs and market trends to improve our sales approach.
  • Innovate new sales campaigns to enhance conversion rates.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, ideally in SEO, digital marketing, or tech-related services.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn organic lead generation and email marketing.
  • Strong sales presentation and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Ability to work independently from home while collaborating with a remote team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software (preferred).
  • Comfortable working evening hours (12 PM – 8 PM Pakistan Standard Time) and active on Slack during work hours.

Performance Metrics & Trial Period

Key Metrics:

  • Lead Generation: Secure a minimum of X converting leads in the first two months.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Lead Conversion Rate: Maintain a strong conversion rate for generated leads.
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Optimize CAC while maintaining high-value sales.

Trial Period:

  • Duration: 2 months to evaluate sales capabilities.
  • Benchmarks: Clear KPIs for lead generation and conversion.
  • Regular Feedback & Performance Reviews.
  • Successful candidates will be offered a permanent role.
