We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring smooth operations from sourcing to delivery. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of the fashion and apparel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Sourcing:
Source raw materials and fabrics, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Implement strategies to reduce wastage and control costs.
Production Coordination:
Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
Track production schedules and resolve delays or issues.
Logistics & Distribution:
Oversee shipment schedules and coordinate with logistics partners.
Ensure products are delivered to retail outlets and customers on time.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Generate reports and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Compliance & Quality Control:
Ensure all products meet quality standards and compliance regulations.
Implement best practices for supply chain efficiency and risk management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes in the fashion industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and supply chain management software
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
