We are seeking a Junior Social Media Manager to support our social media efforts and assist in executing our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing. As a junior member of our marketing team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management and contribute to the success of our brand's online presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create and schedule social media posts across various platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  • Research and identify trends, topics, and hashtags relevant to our target audience and industry.
  • Assist in developing content calendars and brainstorming ideas for engaging social media content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content assets and ensure timely delivery for social media campaigns.
  • Assist in analyzing social media metrics and performance data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, changes in social media algorithms, and emerging trends.
  • Provide administrative support for social media initiatives, including organizing files, tracking expenses, and managing calendars.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and staying up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and take direction from senior team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media management tools is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute ideas and solutions to team discussions.
