Realiste AI, the world's first AI for Real Estate, is seeking a motivated and skilled Client Relationship Manager to engage with potential clients interested in acquiring properties globally. This role involves making calls, conducting Zoom meetings, and establishing warm connections with clients to facilitate smooth transactions.

The Role:

Lead Engagement:  

  • Efficiently communicate with incoming warm leads through calls and Zoom meetings.

Client Interaction:

Guidance and Support:  

  • Assist clients in understanding their investment options and facilitate the transition to our closers.

Transaction Support:  

  • Collaborate with clients to help close deals and coordinate with third parties.

Administrative Tasks:  

  • Perform related administrative duties to support sales activities, including updating CRM systems.

  The Ideal Candidate:  

Strong Communication Skills:  

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Experience:  

  • A minimum of 3-5 years in sales or customer service roles, preferably in real estate or financial services.

Investment Knowledge:  

  • An understanding of investment instruments and terminology is essential.

Technical Skills:  

  • Familiarity with Zoom, CRM tools, and virtual communication platforms.

Listening Skills:  

  • Ability to listen actively and follow instructions to enhance product knowledge and client engagement.

Proactive Attitude:  

  • A self-starter who is comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

Cultural Fit:  

  • Understanding of both local and international business etiquette.
