We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Self Closer/Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients, identify their needs, and deliver customized solutions.
Conduct sales calls, presentations, and negotiations to effectively close deals.
Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and ensure high conversion rates.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that meet and exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in system.
Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
