Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative creative strategies for social media, website, and digital campaigns..
Maintain ResQ999’s brand consistency across all creative outputs.
Content Development. Oversee the creation of engaging digital content, including videos, graphics, animations, and written content.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and videographers to produce high-quality assets.
Stay updated on creative trends and adapt them to ResQ999’s needs.
Team Collaboration.Work closely with the digital marketing team to align creative efforts withperformance goals.
Provide guidance and feedback to content creators, designers, and external freelancers or agencies.
Campaign Execution. Design and deliver campaigns that drive engagement, subscriptions, and customer retention.
Ensure timely delivery of creative assets for all campaigns and digital channels.
Quality Control. Review and approve all creative outputs, ensuring high quality and alignment with brand guidelines.
Performance Tracking. Use analytics tools to monitor the effectiveness of creative campaigns.
Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Media Studies, or related fields.
Experience:. 3-5 years of experience in a creative or digital marketing role.
Experience with social media campaigns, branding, and digital content creation.
Technical Skills:. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Basic knowledge of performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, click-through rates).
Soft Skills:. Strong creative and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
