Role Overview:
- Design and implement effective sales strategies for Discord, Twitter, and Twitch to achieve or surpass monthly goals.
- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to enhance engagement and drive revenue.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with influential figures and key stakeholders in the gaming and social media sectors.
- Evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, promoting a collaborative and high-achieving work environment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and new platforms to keep our strategies cutting-edge.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports and sales metrics to senior management.
