Job Responsibilities:

• Management of Network and Hardware troubleshooting of assigned location.
• Understand the issues involved with administering and maintaining corporate infrastructure, including network connectivity, Internet access, email, outlook etc.
• Understands the issues involved in troubleshooting and maintaining corporate WAN and LAN.
• Assists in supporting corporate applications, internal corporate servers, user desktops, printers, scanners etc.
• Assists with basic troubleshooting, backup, and archiving.
• Helps install and improve computer software and network equipment.
• Helps answer all trouble calls/emails and enter work orders into our tracking software.
• Interacts with internal clients to resolve basic help desk issues; communicates with internal clients in a professional manner maintaining confidentiality.
• Provides responses to internal clients in a timely manner.
• Preparing Network deployment for any University’s function anywhere.
• Update Anti-Virus Definitions.
• Assist the Network Administrator or Manager in deploying the new servers.
• Rebuild or reorganize the crash services or servers.

Job Requirements:

• B.Sc. (Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.) from HEC recognized institute/university with more than 1 year of relevant experience.
• Management of network and hardware troubleshooting at the assigned location.
• Assists in supporting corporate applications, internal corporate servers, user desktops, printers, scanners, etc.
• Helps install and improve computer software and network equipment.
• Accurately prepares written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective, professional, and engaging.
