- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Assess student performance and provide regular feedback and evaluations.
- Maintain training materials, equipment and cleanliness of the beauty lab.
- Stay updated on current beauty trends, techniques and hygiene standards.
- Guide students in preparing for real-world salon experiences and client interaction.
- Assist in curriculum development and planning special training workshops.
- Support institute events and exhibitions as needed.
