We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin Officer to provide administrative support to our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales data, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Data Management: Manage sales data, including sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
2. Sales Activity Coordination: Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and sales calls.
3. Sales Documentation: Prepare and manage sales documentation, including sales orders, invoices, and contracts.
4. Communication: Communicate with customers, sales team members, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication.
5. CRM Management: Manage and maintain CRM software, including data entry, reporting, and analysis.
6. Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials and managing sales-related tasks.
Requirements:
1. Diploma or degree: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or a related field.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
