As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for converting leads into solar power system sales. Your primary duties will include:

Sales Calls: Initiate and conduct sales calls to potential customers, providing them with information about our solar power solutions, benefits, and financing options.

Needs Assessment: Listen to customers' needs and assess their solar energy requirements to tailor solutions that meet their specific energy goals and budget.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our solar products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate their advantages to potential customers.

Objection Handling: Address customer objections, concerns, and questions professionally and persuasively, providing information to alleviate doubts.

Closing Deals: Use effective sales techniques to close sales and targets.

Documentation: Ensure all sales documentation, contracts, and customer information are accurately recorded and submitted in a timely manner.

Customer Follow-up: Maintain ongoing communication with customers to provide updates on their solar system installation, answer queries, and ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales (preferably in a solar company).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of solar energy and renewable technologies is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
