- Greet Clients on arrival and inform them about wedding event packages
- Book Wedding , Birthday parties and other Events at the banquet hall
- Plan and manage all event details such as décor and entertainment
- Coordinate event operations including food and beverage service and set-up
- Ensure high quality of food, beverages, and overall presentation
- Work closely with staff including waiters and cook.
- Ensure that all health, safety, and sanitation standards are maintained and sanitation standards are maintained
- Handle customer complaints and any issues that may arise during the event
