Cleaner

Note: This position is required on an urgent basis, we recruit on a rolling basis and is contingent upon donor funding. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. SIF is currently seeking Cleaners in Quetta. Cleaners will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at the Project Kitchen House & Packing facility. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for staff, and visitors.

General Objectives

The primary responsibility of a Cleaner is to keep Kitchen and Packing area premises tidy and clean.
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in all areas of the Kitchen Houses facility including Packing area, offices and corridors.
Empty and clean waste containers regularly, ensuring proper disposal of trash and recyclable materials according to established procedures.
Maintain floor surfaces by scrubbing, buffing, and polishing as needed.
Follow all health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and proper handling of cleaning chemicals

Effective under pressure, results-oriented and proactive with the ability to multi-task.
Good Interpersonal communication, negotiating and analytical skills.
Ability to organize work schedule on regular basis and flexibility; discrete and respectful to confidentiality.
Good Team player and motivated to work in remote and uncertain environments respecting standard operating procedures as devised and instructed.
