Office Sweeper

SIF is currently seeking sweepers in Quetta. Sweepers will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and orderliness in the assigned areas. This role involves sweeping, mopping, dusting, and performing other cleaning duties to maintain a hygienic environment.

General Objectives:

Objective 1: Sweeping and Mopping:

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to remove dust, dirt, and debris.
Clean and disinfect surfaces, including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other common areas

Objective 2: Trash Management:

Empty trash bins and replace liners.
Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated disposal areas

Objective 3: Dusting and Cleaning:

Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.

Objective 4: Restroom Maintenance:

Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors.
Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

Objective 5: Special Cleaning Tasks:

Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as carpet shampooing, floor waxing, and window washing.
Respond to emergency cleaning requests promptly.

Objective 6: Maintenance and Reporting:

Inspect cleaning equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs.
Notify management of any safety hazards or needed repairs in the cleaning area.

Objective 7: Safety and Compliance:

Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Use cleaning chemicals and supplies according to safety instructions and guidelines.

Ability to organize work schedule on regular basis and flexibility; discrete and respectful to confidentiality.

Working Hours and Salary:

This is a full-time position with 40 working hours per week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Salary will be paid according to the SIF salary grid
