Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to clients, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Assist with project management tasks such as coordinating deadlines and ensuring deliverables are met.
Conduct research and compile data as needed for various projects and tasks.
Handle client inquiries and ensure timely responses and resolution of issues.
Manage travel arrangements and accommodations when necessary.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online tools and platforms.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in project management or customer service roles.
Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
