- Ensure timely recording of transactions related to payables, receivables, Revenue, petty cash, inventory, and fixed assets etc. in accordance with internal policies.
- Monitor hospital expenditures and ensure adherence to approved budgets and financial controls.
- Coordinate with departments for timely data gathering related to financial performance and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in monthly closing processes and ensure accurate reporting to the head office.
- Support in the preparation of capex and operational budget utilization reports.
- Act as a liaison between Faisalabad Hospital and Finance/Accounts department of head office for all finance-related matters.
- Ensure timely submission of withholding tax and sales tax data to relevant departments for compliance.
- Facilitate internal and external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Review vendor reconciliations and support vendor payment processing after necessary approvals.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of employee advances, operational expenses, and local payments.
- Prepare and finalize monthly bank reconciliation statements.
- Prepare and submit monthly Budget variance reports and other internal management reports.
Requirements:
- Qualification: CA Inter / ACCA / ICMA (Part-qualified or qualified)
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospital or service industry finance operations
- Sound understanding of finance operations and monthly reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (preferably Oracle EBS/Oracle Fusion)
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage workload independently and meet reporting deadlines
