- Support the hospital on all strategic initiatives, from planning to execution, and measuring against strategic goals.
- Prepare regular reports on the status of strategic projects, highlighting key milestones and any issues encountered.

- Participate in the development of financial models and projections to assess the impact of strategic initiatives on the organization's financial performance.
- Review and analyze financial data with leadership to make informed recommendations for optimizing financial outcomes.
