- Conduct and manage the recruitment and selection process, including CV database management, posting job advertisements, and updating the SIH job portal in a timely manner.
- Coordinate pre-employment medical checkups and assist in the hiring process.
- Maintain a well-organized CV database for efficient candidate management.
- Organize and conduct interviews for shortlisted candidates, coordinating with hiring departments to fill vacancies.
- Maintain and track personnel requisition forms for vacant positions and new inductions.
- Pre-screen candidates for middle and managerial positions through telephonic interviews.
- Draft and post job advertisements on the SIH job portal, social media platforms, and newspapers as needed.
- Schedule and organize panel interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct new hire orientation, ensuring proper documentation for education, experience, and license verification.
- Communicate effectively with departments to meet staffing needs and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Perform background checks and reference verification on potential employees.
- Assist in negotiating salary and handling candidate queries.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including applications, resumes, and applicant logs.
- Assist in the development, review, and updating of job descriptions.
- Ensure all HR-related documentation and records are kept confidential.
- Provide guidance on employee benefits and handle general inquiries from candidates, employees, and visitors.
