Project Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of IT projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and task assignment.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress, issues, and changes.
Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant documents.
Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with project requirements.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring that projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
Change Management: Manage change requests and ensure that changes are properly documented, evaluated, and approved.
Resource Management: Coordinate with resource managers to allocate resources to projects based on project requirements and resource availability.
Issue Resolution: Identify and address project issues in a timely manner, escalating to project managers or other stakeholders as needed.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices.
