- Supervise daily operations of the Food & Nutrition Services Department (FNSD).
- Ensure timely meal preparation and delivery as per dietary guidelines.
- Monitor food safety, hygiene, and quality standards in compliance with hospital policies.
- Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, and performance management.
- Conduct training sessions for kitchen and service staff on hygiene and food handling.
- Coordinate with dietitians to ensure patient dietary needs are met.
- Maintain inventory, order supplies, and control food wastage.
- Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations (JCI, HACCP, and hospital standards).
- Collaborate with other hospital departments for smooth food service operations.
