We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our sales and marketing strategy. You will manage our sales team and coordinate with the marketing department to generate leads, convert them into new customers, and achieve revenue growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including recruiting, training, and mentoring team members.
- Set individual sales targets, objectives, and KPIs for the team and monitor performance.
- Lead the creation and implementation of innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and increase market share.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for senior management.
- Stay updated with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
