We are looking for a solar company HR assistant in Lahore/ Islamabad.
Your working domain in the solar company in especially Lahore and Islamabad region and commonly nationwide.
- Organize and Manage employee records.
- Assists in the recruitment process.
- Addressing Employee questions or concerns related to HR policies during onboarding.
- Employee data management and reporting.
You are responsible for establishing current and long-range goals, objectives, plans, and policies in the region.
You are responsible for leading the successful execution of these plans and strategies, driving the company to meet or exceed revenues and profitability.
