We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic and sales. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns that align with our brand and business goals.
Location: Remote Pakistan
Salary Range: 110k to 1750k
Job Type: 12pm to 8pm Pakistan time
Working Days: Mon to Fri (Sat & Sun Off)
Industry: Mortgage Brokers (Australian Company)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy:
- Create, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s overall marketing goals.
- Identify target audiences and create engaging content to reach them across various social media platforms.
Content Creation and Management:
- Design, create, and publish high-quality content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, tailored to each social media platform.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely and consistent posting across all channels.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce content.
Community Engagement:
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with the audience on all social media platforms.
- Foster community engagement by encouraging conversation and interaction with followers.
- Address customer inquiries and issues through social media in a timely and professional manner.
Advertising and Promotion:
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and optimization.
- Monitor ad performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve campaign goals.
Stay Updated on Trends:
- Keep up with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Explore new and emerging platforms to expand the company’s reach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative and design skills, with experience in creating engaging multimedia content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
