• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote Soluxia  products and services.
  • Qualify and nurture leads through effective communication, following up on initial inquiries and generating new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop a solid understanding of our solar products and services to confidently address customer questions and objections.
  • Accurately record and manage customer interactions, sales activities, and lead status in our CRM system.
  • Perform follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, address any concerns, and close sales deals.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to the sales manager.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to support overall sales and business objectives.
