We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating sales, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Present and promote SparkGrow's services to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
