Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales? We are looking for a Front Sales Executive to join our team! As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
- Handle inquiries, resolve customer concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
- Assist in promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
