Project Manager - Design

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Project Manager (Design) to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating design projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives. The ideal candidate has experience in managing design workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining high-quality creative output.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and proactively identify and address potential issues.
Maintain clear and effective communication between teams, ensuring alignment on project goals.
Conduct regular meetings to update stakeholders on project status and deliverables.
Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across all design outputs.
Manage resources efficiently, including assigning tasks and balancing workloads.
Oversee design approvals and revisions, ensuring timely feedback and iterations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design project management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in project management within a creative or design environment.
Strong knowledge of design processes, tools, and workflows.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for design.
