We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team.Your main responsibility will be to identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, generate high-quality leads, and help secure new clients for our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Search for and bid on projects related to our services (Web Development, Logo Design, Digital Marketing, etc.).
- Write compelling and customized proposals to increase conversion rates.
- Maintain a high response rate by effectively communicating with potential clients.
- Follow up with clients and nurture leads to close deals.
- Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements and deliver winning proposals.
- Keep track of ongoing bids and maintain records of submitted proposals.
- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Upwork's bidding process and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write persuasive and client-focused proposals.
- Basic knowledge of Web Development, Logo Design, or Digital Marketing is a plus.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
