We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and BIM workflows. This role is perfect for a creative thinker, skilled at managing complex projects, leading teams and collaborating effectively with clients. Experience of international projects shall be preferred. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Synchro 4D, landscape, SketchUp and other software tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Model Development: Create and refine BIM models, ensuring all architectural elements are represented.
- Collaboration: Collaborate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, and multi-disciplinary teams, ability to manage independently project deliverables and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Documentation: Generate construction documentation from BIM models. Ensure that architectural drawings and specifications are accurate, coordinated, compliant with building codes, and properly saved.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
