We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated call center agent to join our team. If you have excellent English speaking and listening skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Communicate fluently in perfect English with international clients.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work in 12-hour shifts (rotational shifts may apply).
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaking & listening skills (Mandatory)
- Prior call center experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet performance targets
- Basic computer knowledge
