Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals.
- Manage used car inventory and adjust pricing strategies.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated issues.
- Recruit, train, and develop the sales team.
- Monitor financial performance and maintain profitability.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of automotive sales experience, including 2 years in management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of used car market and inventory management.
Work Environment:
- Requires evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, Professional.
- Full time also Commision based.
