Property Consultant - Project Sales

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Property Consultant to join our Project Sales team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate projects to potential buyers, ensuring a smooth and successful sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of the real estate projects offered by the company.
Identify and approach potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients about the projects.
Maintain and update client databases with accurate information.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitors to provide clients with informed recommendations.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Attend and represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, focusing on project sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong networking abilities with a proactive approach to generating leads.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the Karachi real estate market is highly preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
